What's required of you

We run things externally on your behalf, but your involvement is required. We’ll need you to be available for weekly meetings and to keep to deadlines. Our efforts, and to a large degree our success, also depends on the approval of marketing budgets.

The process

  • In preparation for this path, we’ll learn about your company using our unique method of In-depth Marketing.
  • Next, we’ll sit down with you to understand and determine what your goals are and what we can achieve through our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Together, we’ll then lay out our strategy for the year from which we’ll determine our quarterly plans.
  • In the next step, we’ll consider everything from scratch: product, benefits, story, audience, marketing channels, sales outlets and platforms.
  • As the need arises, we’ll also handle branding or rebranding.
  • Then we’ll appoint a professional to form a connection between your marketing needs and our marketing team. He can be called your CMO.
  • Just before setting out on our journey, we’ll build marketing funnels and set concrete goals for each one of them.
  • From month to month, we’ll introduce content into the processes we created, connect it to the target audience we chose and analyze the results.
  • Over time, we’ll learn to better understand your audiences and sharpen each one of the marketing and sales channels until each is fully developed.
  • As part of the process, we’ll take measurements and make observations in your company or at meeting points between you and your customers.
  • This path includes a weekly meeting in which we’ll evaluate our work together and decide on needed changes.
